Due to the immediate access provided upon delivery, all sales of digital products, downloadable materials, templates, recordings, and online training content are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products.
Coaching program fees — including the Profitable Part-Time PA Accelerator — are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
If a payment plan is selected, you remain responsible for all scheduled installment payments regardless of participation level, progress through the program, or decision to discontinue. Missing a scheduled payment may result in suspension of access to program materials, coaching calls, and community resources until the balance is resolved.
Requests for exceptions to this policy may be submitted to the address below and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The PA Possibility. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting The PA Possibility to attempt resolution may result in immediate termination of access to all programs, materials, and services. We take chargebacks seriously and will respond to disputes with full documentation of services delivered.
